Project description:

Shan Petro, a flagship facility for Titanic Lubricants, is a bold statement of industrial design innovation. With a legacy spanning two generations and a diverse product line of over 900 varieties, this new facility was crafted to address key operational challenges while elevating the aesthetic appeal.

Strategically positioned near the National Highway in a bustling city suburb, the facility is divided into three functional zones: the administrative hub, the manufacturing unit, and the storage area. This strategic layout not only optimizes internal temperature management but also enhances operational efficiency in a high-traffic industrial region.

The design of Shan Petro's facade is a masterpiece of geometric elegance. The play of lines across the facade creates a dynamic visual rhythm, enhanced by the interplay of light and shadow. By day, the building's clean, linear forms reflect a sleek, modern industrial aesthetic. As night falls, the facade transforms into a dramatic canvas of illuminated lines, casting intricate shadows that bring the structure to life in a whole new light. This duality in appearance ensures that Shan Petro stands out as a beacon of innovation both day and night.

The manufacturing unit's double-height space, with its high-volume shed, achieves the ideal balance of height, orientation, and minimal columns. This design maximizes internal ventilation and creates an environment conducive to large-scale operations while ensuring comfort and efficiency.

Shan Petro is another one of our heartfelt efforts to revolutionize and redefine how industrial design can blend functionality with visual artistry.
