The Shree Rajkot District Bank's Upleta branch, with its 40-year legacy, is more than just a financial institution - it’s a pillar of the community. In our renovation, we sought to preserve this rich heritage while infusing the space with a forward-looking vision. Without disrupting the original structural grid, we reimagined the space design, ensuring the branch remains a timeless landmark. 

The facade is a harmonious blend of history and modernity, where every detail tells a story. The sage green texture serves as a grounding element, evoking an earthy connection to nature, while sleek grey cladding at the forefront introduces a modern sophistication. Together, these earthy tones reflect the natural surroundings and symbolically merge the boundaries between the inside and outside, inviting the landscape into the architecture.

Arched patios on the upper floors retain the historical aura of the building, honoring its past. This is balanced by the modern touch of rust-colored brick cladding, which acts as a protective screen while adding a dynamic layer of texture. The interplay of these materials, along with the meticulously designed lighting, transforms the facade into a canvas of light and shadow, creating a melodious appeal that captivates both day and night. This thoughtful redesign not only preserves the branch’s traditional charm but also breathes new life into it, ensuring that it continues to serve as a beacon of trust and progress for the community.
