With Sarthi Apartment, we are set to redefine urban elegance at an integral juncture in the city of Rajkot. Positioned at the intersection of the old city and its new developments, its design seamlessly bridges the vibrant pulse of Rajkot’s historic heart with its dynamic future.
Envisioned as a seven-story marvel, Sarthi is designed to make the most of its unique plot orientation, which opens up to three roadways. This layout ensures that each unit is bathed in natural light and fresh air, creating an ambiance of airy openness throughout. The project’s focal point, the nearby temple, enhances the spiritual and cultural essence of the design, seamlessly integrating local heritage into the contemporary living experience.
The building’s façade is a striking blend of fluidity and form. Curved balconies, elegantly designed railings, and warm wooden elements bring a sense of natural flow to the structure. The use of a rich color palette and thoughtful design elements infuses the building with a grounding, earthy undertone, merging seamlessly with the natural environment.
Inside, the design continues to impress with a passive cooling system and creative structural elements that enhance comfort and efficiency. Luxury for us also means curating spaces that adds deep meaning and value to our lifestyle. Hence at Sarthi, the design of homes is complemented by carefully curated leisure areas like a library, that consciously nudge and shape the living experience into a meaningful one.
The rooftop is conceived to steal the show as a rejuvenation retreat to unwind with loved ones. It features a serene gazebo design, ample and innovative seating with lush greenery, and a thoughtfully designed open-air theater for communal gatherings. This space transforms the building’s top into a sanctuary for relaxation and connection for luxurious community living.
The name "Sarthi," meaning 'charioteer' or 'guide,' symbolizes the project’s role in steering residents toward a new standard of luxury living. In staying true to this guiding principle, our design meticulously aligns with the project's name, creating an experience that truly leads the way in modern urban living.
