Project description:
Tanvi India Exports Ltd. stands as a testament to industrial excellence and visionary design. As the city's largest gold jewelry production facility, this project is a landmark in scale and sophistication, employing over 1,000 workers and setting new standards in safety and efficiency.
Our design approach was guided by the unique challenges faced by the client, stemming from their previous facility. Addressing issues related to gold security and minimizing loss were paramount. By leveraging the high-level expertise of our MEP and HVAC specialists, we developed an advanced internal system capable of managing over 90 departments with remarkable efficiency and a minimal gold loss of just 0.01-0.02%.
The facility’s design is both functional and iconic. The marble facade at the entrance exudes minimalist luxury, making a grand statement while maintaining a sense of elegance. This entrance sets the tone for the rest of the building, which features a modern facade that balances subtlety with geometric precision. The composition of functional fenestrations ensures optimal lighting and ventilation, enhancing the overall work environment.
Tanvi India Exports Ltd. is more than a production facility; it is a symbol of how industrial spaces can embody both practicality and aesthetic sophistication. Our approach not only meets international standards but also positions the building as a landmark of modern industrial design, reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence in every project we undertake.
