On February 15, 2020, Sagar Gadhia, holding a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a relentless passion for design, founded Pavilius Design Studio. His mission? To reshape the design landscape with unparalleled expertise spanning Residential, Industrial, Institutional, Hospitality, and Urban projects.
His vision transcends conventional design whilehHis approach seamlessly blends architectural brilliance with engineering precision. He embodies the belief that diverse expertise ignites extraordinary results.
His designs are deeply influenced by his understanding of how spaces influence lives. His designs are infused with a sense of balance and harmony, ensuring that every creation resonates emotionally and aesthetically. In pursuit of his vision to continually push new boundaries every year , he launched Technology Engineering Services India Private Limited—a state-of-the-art material testing lab. This venture is part of his broader strategy to explore new frontiers in design and construction, setting new standards with rigorous material analysis.

Yash Shah is a dynamic force at Pavilius Design Studio, bringing fresh perspectives and a wealth of experience in urban design. A 2023 graduate of CEPT University, Yash joined our team as an associate and quickly made his mark.
Yash honed his skills at the renowned firm HCP Design in Ahmedabad, where he played a pivotal role in shaping remarkable urban initiative projects such as the Sabarmati Riverfront Phase 2 and the Ambaji Redevelopment.
Yash’s innovative approach and commitment adds immense value to our team, driving our projects toward excellence and timeless impact. While his expertise in modern and sustainable urban design practices aligns seamlessly with our studio's mission to create visionary landmarks of the future.
